Returns & exchanges
Return unworn items with tags within 45 days for a full refund. Size and color exchanges ship back to you free within the U.S. — start a return by emailing sandcareek@gmail.com with your order number, and we'll send a prepaid label.
Caring for adaptive pieces
- Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle; wash magnetic pieces closed to protect the closures.
- Do not iron directly over magnets or zip garages — press around them on low heat.
- Lay flat or hang to dry when possible to preserve stretch and shape.
- Close all zippers and panels before washing to prevent snagging.
Common questions
How do returns work?+
You have 45 days from delivery to return unworn items with tags for a full refund. We know adaptive fit can take a try or two, so exchanges for a different size or color always ship back to you free within the U.S.
Are the magnets safe?+
Our magnets are securely enclosed and rated for everyday wear and washing. If you use a pacemaker or other implanted medical device, please consult your care team, as magnets should generally be kept a short distance from such devices.
Can you help me choose a size?+
Always. Email us your usual sizes and any fit notes and we will give you a personal recommendation before you order.
Do you offer adjustments?+
For many pieces we can advise on simple tailoring that keeps the adaptive features intact. Reach out and we will walk you through it.
